A. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee return policy from the ship date of your pacifier. This is valid as long as the problem did not result from normal wear or abuse and is defective. Items returned because of the defect must be received within 14 days of your ship date (no exceptions). Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to product being return. Please contact us via e-mail at sales@pacifiersRus.com for your valid RMA number. The MonSep12 process may cause minor flaws to the shield (guard). This is considered normal wear and tear, and not defective. All orders will have to clear a QA (Quality Assurance) process prior to shipment to customers and must pass with a 95% or better modification. Manufacture rejects (irregulars) are sold as-is, and all sales are final. No exchanges, no returns, no refunds.

Returns without authorization (RMA number) will be rejected.
Upon your successful return appropriate credit will be issued within 72 hours.
